Policies

The ministry is currently undertaking a review of existing policies relating to commercial tourism and recreation uses of Crown land.

Until this review is complete, the All Seasons Resort Policy [2mb] will be used.

The All Seasons Resort Policy is divided into two parts. Part One deals primarily with polices and procedures for non-alpine ski resorts, whereas Part Two deals specifically with alpine ski resorts.
